Stelaur Products challenges you and your dog to test the Busy Dog Ball. Stelaur Products stands by the Busy Dog Ball's durability and inability for the dog to chew the ball, thereby destroying it. We (Stelaur Products) state that if you buy a ball from us, take the challenge and you have it for one month (from date of receiving it), your dog will not be able to chew the ball and thereby destroy it with its teeth. If this winds up to be the case, then you will send it back to us and we will examine the ball and then mail you a full refund of your purchase price including shipping and handling, no questions asked. The ball must have been destroyed using the dogs teeth, not due to breakage of any other kind. If the ball remains intact for that month, we will request a testimonial letter and\or video tape from you stating the ball is durable and has held up and taken the chewing abuse from your dog.
